  2. Install the system: set up your personal OS. It's a ready, refined template (not built from scratch); an onboarding round teaches it your business and goals, connects your tools, and gets the first flows running.
  3. Monthly, on two parallel tracks: on the system side, each month you use it deeper and turn more repeated work into skills; on the leadership side, CCI's coaching trains your judgment, communication and leadership. The two are separate — the system does your work, CCI trains the person; they don't need to be wired together.
